I was never asked to supply an ID number just vehicle registration Number
It's a survey and each survey has its own "survey code". So I think the links are unique, and only if you got the email you can do the survey?
I think it's a bit of a fear scam, like those download links that say you need to give your email address to get the link, you give give themany old rubbish address and then the download link appears.How are hey going to validate #8? Registration details aren't given out to just everyone.

How are they going to do that, what database would they have access to?That's probably why the want to validate the car against your id number.

Ok I was reading it wrong, you just click on the link and do survey.You'd find the survey here, but that doesn't fully answer the question.
