There is nothing moral about helping a business increase its profit. Since takealot seems to be more expensive most of the time than our brick & mortar stores

Creating a new account to use a new-account-only voucher is wrong to me, but each to his own.

If that was the case then they would be issuing account specific vouchers for existing customers, not the vouchers for new customers only.

Personally I think an incentive program i.e. the more you purchase, the more discounts/vouchers you get, would be a far better concept to encourage loyalty.
