I'd say on a legal standing, they illegally have your property now. They would probably be within their rights to issue you with a quotation for the courier costs relating to the return and then re-delivery, but not entirely sure....

There's your answer, best to take it on the chin and keep moving. Hard to expect priority support when you are gjipoing the system, never mind that you failed to read the terms and conditions that explicitly state you don't get refunded if the return value is below the value of discount code used?

Takealot are doing their best to push away new customers by issuing vouchers to new customers only and previously hiking the delivery cost and the free delivery threshold :/

No matter their reason behind this increase, they have lost many orders from me. For nappies and toiletries, it just makes more sense to go to brick and mortar Dischem etc...
