I recall seeing those green sticker ones but they are refurbished by some place in SA. Not really replaced but they recycled they use the used cartridge and rebuild it. Trying to remember the damn name...

I hope it is not refilled/refurbished as she wanted to stay away from those

Edit: Says Remanufactured so it is very irritating as the picture/description didn't say it

Yip, I have used those before. They pretty good actually the same. Problem is I agree with you, they advertised the original so they should supply the original...
You're client could be pretty pissed if she specifically asked you not for a refill/refurbished one.

I can attest though they are pretty good for what it's worth.

Cool glad they work well if she doesn't come right and yes she is quite pissed off and will call and complain to Takealot.com, last time I use a third party seller as they never advertise correctly.

I made a purchase of 3 items and luckily got a voucher to work on the order. Then returned one item only to get credited the item's price less the R100 voucher. That doesn't make any sense does it? Why do the two items I kept lose their discount if I returned another?

Why not? You got R 100 off and then want them to credit you the R 100 they gave you off?

This happened to me... They returned the voucher as a credit.

Exact same thing happened to me .

Email them.

They will credit you the voucher value .

If the two items he kept was more than the discount threshold he should still get it. If not he should get the voucher back to reuse but can't really demand that as it's an extra.
 
I've sent a few emails trying to figure what happened and they aren't willing to credit the voucher value, let me use the voucher code again, or give me a new code. So instead of getting a pair of sweats on a discount, I have no pants, no discount and a small Takealot credit. I guess that'll teach me to buy clothes online...

Guess they have no fixed policy regarding the vouchers .

Very odd.
 
I will think ten times before ordering clothing/shoes online and then only if I know for a fact I have tried on the item in question in a brick 'n mortar store.
 
Very unprofessional not to have a formal policy.
