In October last year I ordered 3 x Simparica as below.
1 was delivered. I queried the initial delivery and was told to do a return.
This happened 3 times with 1 box going back and forth. So I decided on a full refund. which was passed= R400
Takealot do not have an option for short delivery on returns...
So now I did a return of an empty box- ie for the 2 items not delivered. They just closed the return.
How do I prove I was short delivered ??
I am out of pocket by R800 and no way to prove it.
They rejected my review because I rated them poorly.

Friend of mine ordered 1 Kaufman thermal flask. 4 got delivered and there is no way to complain that he received to many. Guess the universe balances itself out /s
