I'm in the market for a new phone and came across Tech Warehouse. Anyone had any experience of this company - can't find any reviews or public comments and only one previous post on this forum also asking about them without any responses.

Lots of phones advertised not normally available locally - would be nice if it is legit....

So, an update and review on my experience with Tech Warehouse.

My Dad always told me "if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is" so when I saw the Tech Warehouse had 64 reviews all 5 star my face defaulted to that "all knowing" look.

Was I ever in for a pleasant surprise!

To try and allay my fears, I sent an email to the Tech Warehouse email address an in minutes, I received a comprehensive reply from Danica - along with Paul they are Tech Warehouse. Still weary, I decided I would give them a try and ordered a Xiaomi 13. I paid via EFT on Thursday the 4th of May and received an email within minutes confirming the order.

Shortly afterword, Danica contacted me via Whatsapp and confirmed it would take 7-10 days for the phone to arrive. She continued to update me over the following weekend and after some very pleasant exchanges and a "delay" she confirmed the phone had arrived and I can collect if I didn't want to wait for the phone to be couriered to me from Somerset West to Cape Town - this was Friday the 12 of May.

Unfortunately, my Friday was not shaping up to be very flexible so I asked if she could rather just have it delivered. On Monday morning thew courier arrived and I became the proud owner of a shiny new Xiaomi 13. Some picks enclosed.

My experience has been nothing but pleasant. Danica has been amazing and from what I have read on the other Google reviews there is nothing to indicate that Paul is not the same.

Will I use Tech Warehouse again - ABSOLUTELY, no doubt and I would recommend them to anyone looking at a new phone and great service!

Has anyone used this company
Tech Warehouse in Cape Town?
they have the 16/516 for R26,500
the CN version for 22,950

zeek has 16/512 for 28k
connected devices doesnt have the 13 listed
