Is there a known walk-in repair centre for Telkom routers?
I've been struggling with my router which ( Huawei Model B525) intermittently drops signal. Its been 4 weeks , I have had no help from call centre, nor the Telkom branch in Festival Mall. The technician is still on his way 3 weeks later.

What makes you think it's the router's fault ?
What is your signal specs.
RSRP, RSRQ, SINR ?

Technician says: after testing it that might be faulty, and turnaround time is 21 days, that's why I need a walk-in centre.
