Mine was sluggish earlier, but still worked. Seems back to normal now.
Does anyone know why one could not get Telegram SMS for the OTP on registration? I've tried 2 different SIMS, and it says it sent the SMS, nothing comes. It then says it will call me - never does.

Does that on one of my Sims, but not the other. Calls don't come either. Blocked somehow, I've emailed [email protected] but nothing. Will have to wait til the account self deletes after 12mo. Will randomly try again every now n then.

Are they on the national opt out? I unsubscribed my moms number from it and a week later she got the telegram OTP SMS. Not sure if just coincidental and it started working for some other reason, but give it a try.
I've got MTN and Vodacom SIM cards and both work. Do not have anything with Cell C.

How did you unsubscribe? It seems to link the mobile no to an email address?

The first step is to get the OTP via email address which has always come through for me, the second step sends an SMS OTP which is what never delivered for my mothers number.
I went to https://www.nationaloptout.org/ and removed her from the national opt out, a week later the SMS OTP delivered and she was able to log in to telegram.
No I mean on DMSA?
These are new SIM cards and new numbers I’m trying so how would they get off DMSA because to remove you need to login with an email linked to your id and number?

i would imagine they shouldn't be on then - unless they were all recycled and the previous owners did the DMCA thing, can you not register and add them as new?
