Hey guys
So i have finally gotten Telkom to admit they have issues on the exchanges feeding the 011 704 xxxx numbers. However they are unwilling to do anything about it short of perhaps maybe upgrading the exchange next year maybe.
If anyone else is using ADSL on this exchange and are having the following sympotoms please let me know so we can hopefully petition and get Telkom to actually put some effort into their best effort ADSL solution:
Symptoms include:
Massively fluctuating line speed
Massive packet loss (between 50 - 80%)
