How about increasing the 384kbps line speeds too? This is worse than dial-up! It's all very well cutting broadband costs by 30% but without increasing line speeds accordingly, it's a waste of time. Now that ISPs are taking over the control of ADSL, what guarantee do we have that if Telkom increases router-to-exchange line speed, the ISP will do the same, and pass on the financial saving to their customers?
