I wonder if you guys can assist me .

Since about 3 weeks ago my telkom line has just gone to **** ...... problem is that speed tests and the like show that there is nothing wrong?

However it takes forever for a page to load and it will randomly refuse to load a page stating that there was no internet connection but if I hit the refresh button it loads after a delay. The line will randomly disconnect and reconnect especial during late afternoon and night. While playing World of Warcraft I have lag spikes even though my latency is between 200 and 300

According to telkom there is no fault and all numbers are in range
