Telkom ADSL and LTE down in Rustenburg?

About 2:40PM our internet connection on adsl went haywire with pings over the 1000s.. I plugged in my LTE and got same results with down speeds less than 0.5 mbps and 600 ping! Whats wrong telkom?
 
Same results from gamer friends in safari tuine??? But geelhoutpark is fine.. what is this.. ive never seen it before?? Can it be an exchange problem?
