Telkom ADSL line rental payment methods

Sorry for posting a new thread for such an arbitrary question.
My question is in the title; What payment methods are accepted for the R152pm for my telkom adsl line? I'd prefer a cash payment as I don't really like the idea of debit orders or credit card payments.
I'm not going to take out a contract. Also note that even though I have a land line (voice) already, it's on prepaid. So the rent each month gets deducted from the amount of airtime I put on. Will I still be able to activate ADSL on my landline if its prepaid? According to the DSL Checker I will.

Cash at the Post Office or Telkom

There are no contracts with land lines.

You can pay it any way you want, you get a bill.

You can't get ADSL on a prepaid line (or else we all would). DSL checker tell you if your exchange supports DSL
