My LTE has not worked at all since delivery on 12 Sept. I also get the no internet message. Telkom should make sure that this is available BEFORE switching over. I was just sent the router and ADSL switched off. So no landline or internet since the 12th. I am now told the router is faulty. We cannot even pick up the hotspot from the simcard. Still shows no internet. I am utterly frustrated with Telkom. No help forthcoming. Needless to say i am still paying!!!
 
Did that 3 times already. And about 50 references no's.
