TELKOM BILLING NIGHTMARE

So against my better judgement I signed up for telkom' do broadband at home. services commenced a month and a half ago and I have never recieved a bill so I got worried and called 10210 to try get answers as to where was the bil only to discover I owe more than R800. BYE BYE TELKOM, IL STICK TO AFRIHOST
 
Erm, what is the bill breakdown like?
 
What was it supposed to be? sounds fine if they bill for the current and next month sort of thing
 
That sounds about the normal process, u get billed pro-rata + next month fees on the first invoice
 
They were supposed to bill me pro rata for july on adsl R399 a month, they billed for the whole month. Im on my way to telkom direct to try get answers

if its a valid error then, telkom refund process actually works.. they will pass a credit
