Telkom braces for more 'faceless accusations'

Where can I join this group and get gold membership.. They are not faceless they are just ordinary customer that are bloody fed up by Telkom's lack of service and sky high prices.. Really pathetic to say the least....

Oh shut up telkom! really! Your staff are idiots and the few who want to make telkom a better place you completely ignore... why, because they know better.

So really... SHUT UP TELKOM!

This is laughable. They call people cowards for not coming forward and naming themselves with these allegations, but what they don't tell you is the reason why they want to know who it is is because they KNOW it's their staff. And they LOVE threatening to fire their staff. I have it on good authority (yes, anonymous tip off Telkom!) that employees were threatened with their jobs if they even post on this very forum.

The little house of cards is tumbling down... *insert evil laugh here* and they can't stop it since this is social media at its best. lol

In conclusion, Acting Group CEO Jeffrey Hedberg said: “While we are taking these matters seriously, it is unfortunate that the time and energy of the executive team has to be expended in diversions of this nature. It detracts from our core function of serving our customers effectively.”

epicLOL. They weren't serving their customer effectively even before these documents came to light. *sighs* and *rollseyes*

OH.. so the fact that I can ONLY GET A 384kbps DSL pipe SMACK BANG in the MIDDLE of Sandton is just operational prudence?! Nothing to to do with the worst run Telco this side of the equator?

Telkom is one of the greatest telecoms services in the world.Serving our customers effectively is so true. Please ecxplain Jeffrey why it took 1 month and 2 days to repair my ADSL line which eventually took the teehnician 1,5 hours?Which rotten apple core are you refering to?Iam not a faceless individual and would gladly email you if you had the guts to post your e mail address. After all you are a public servant."Crisis what crisis"

Telkom how come you want to see my face now, after you have been shafting me from behind after all these years??? You want to get romantic now???

They told me they would disconnect me for an outstanding amount of under R2 outstanding on my account after they messed up the billing and haven't been sending me invoices. Why I didn't just let them I don't know.

Yip, Telkom are the free-for-all target. And I suppose they kind deserve their fate.

You owe them money. That amount together with another 5 individuals like yourself can buy the technician a coke at Douglasdale shopping centre where he parked every day for one hour(Lunch time) while "customers" were waiting for the same technician to repair their telephone line.Shame on you.

The document purports to be authored by a group calling itself the “Faceless Concerned Citizens”.

This is truly horrific, Telkom's faceless customers are fighting back with written word and a measure of concern. Run for the hills while you still can Mr Hedberg (you're not paranoid, there really is a tsunami out to get Telkom).

Got a faulty fax line at the office.

Reported it two weeks ago.

Still waiting for the techie to come out.

In the meantime I'm gonna report it on every occasion I get.

PS - put a temporary fix in place - patched adsl line to patch panel, and plugged fax line into that specific network point. At least we can now send and receive faxes for now until the problem with the fax line is sorted out. BUT that is still no excuse for the technician to dawdle on the job.

Err do they have an executive team?Every time I demanded to speak with even a supervisor she/he were unavailable. However now I know why "encryptedbread" owed them R2.00 and they were incapable of paying their salaries and bonuses

Anyone know where I can download the first dossier? and also where will the second dossier be published? Regards

ROFL!
I'm waiting for them to follow Nashua Mobile's lead and charge me to send me an invoice for R 0-00.

I would also love to get hold of the "secret Vodacom KPMG Report"
