Can someone tell me what it means to be a "Telkom business customer" ? There's a cellphone deal I've been considering on Telkom's website but it says the offer is only available to telkom business customers. I've checked the T&C's, googled the term but I can't find a clear cut explanation of what this means. The search function on this forum also hasn't been helpful, but I swear I remember reading a post on here by another user stating that all it means is that you need a letter from your employer saying you're employed or something along those lines. but I can't find the thread.

So, anyone care to explain? 8ta rep perhaps?

It means you need a registered business (Closed Corp / Company) to get that deal...

Lol that would've been my first guess :D but I guess that phantom post I remember seeing put some doubt in my mind. Thanks for the reply. Cheers. :)

Get letter from your employer that you need phone for business use on your personal account, without obligation from a companty.

^ This. I got a free modem on my Internet 5 promo (business customer deal) simply because I had a letter saying I'm employed :)

Yeah the post I remember reading sounded like that. Might have been yours, not sure. Anyway thanks for clearing that up for me guys.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but could you guys perhaps explain in more detail what this letter more or less states, please?
