Telkom Buying Night Data

I wanted to buy this night data on the Mo Nice special but then every
Time I try and buy it says
"Unable to provision, maximum Opt ins have been reached for the opt in period (2 per Campaign)

Any idea what this means


P.S

On my other sim I can buy as many More Nice deals as I want
