Got my info from several Adsl technicians. One complained that telkom will be docking his salary to the tune of R1500 for that day.

How do u figure that? I waited almost 2 hrs calling 0800 375 375 today following up on a line fault for my buddy's parents ADSL line. Frakkin Telskum...

36 hrs later and still no clear indication if they are attending to the problem.
