Telkom considers suing Icasa over spectrum

not sure why Telkom would even bother, not like any of ICASA's plans are going to happen....

Based on ICASA's track record, you are probably correct. But ... Telkom's motives have always been to use every means possible to hang on to their advantage, and at the moment, with them seemingly the company of choice to achieve the broadband targets, they do not anything that will help the mobile industry to challenge them on that front.

Besides, they have to support their parent Govt. department ....:erm:
