Does anyone have a contact at Telkom for complaints and escalations?
I cancelled an ADSL line installation a few months ago, and they were supposed to contact me to convert the order to FTTH at a different address. Of course, they never did, and a million calls, tweets and etc later, still no follow up.
This morning, again, despite my cancellation (again) they tried to install. I'm getting nowhere contacting them by the normal channels
