Is this possible to do and what are the steps required?

I would phone Telkom, but their support is rubbish and I would rather chew off my hands before having to sit through that conversation.

Probably it is the best to visit Telkom outlet together.

Will definitely do that, was just hoping someone here has already gone through the process and can give some pointers to make everything go smoothly.

Same question ... anybody even know if this is possible? I've got their 20GB+20GB LTE deal of the month, but am now getting fiber installed.

Not sure if this thread is still active but just spoke to TM - they informed me that you can do a transfer of ownership.
Both parties need to go into a Telkom Store with relevant RICA/FICA docs and it can be done.

Looking at maybe getting rid of my Uncapped LTE as i just feel its not that great anymore and for a extra R200 a month i get 50/50Mb fibre. Just the capacity seems to be a problem if only they could address that.

Get the fibre.

I too have a Broadband Contract and there is fibre being installed at home at the moment. I went in to Telkom Carnival Mall and the lady there told me I could not transfer/swop my contract for a fibre contract. I still have 10 months to go and the service - Internet is awful especially on Saturdays at 02 30 am and Sundays 02 30 am.
