Telkom customer care all fired?

Good day all,
Wondering if anyone can direct me to a number that actually answers for customer care?
Been trying all day only to be directed to the self help whatsapp.
If I could help myself I wouldn't need to waste my time calling but oh well.

More specifically somehow a welcome tone was activated on my number for incoming calls without my permission or consent and as I use the number for business this has cost me work.

Please help!

Im afraid that's how all big businesses have become. There are no more personal phone numbers anywhere.
I suggest you haircut your wife tonight, give her nice brown 60 bux sunglasses and send her to the nearest branch tomorrow morning at 8am to sort it out.

Stay away from any Telkom subscriptions or deals, they are a bunch of useless idiots and will do their best to suck you over.
