telkom email

hi there ive been having issues with my telkom email we have afrihost uncapped but pay a separate amount to telkom for the email part okay so ive had mweb uncapped till last month now afrihost but all of sudden my emails can receive but not send i am using the telkom smtp setting which worked fine till the 14th now i am getting 5554.7.1 relay message error of sorts...ive also tried smtp.isdsl.co.za smtp setting but still not working

any ideas?

friend had similar problem, fight and fight, fault were on telkom's side.
