Telkom eSIM support launched

I had the same issue, had to go in store to do a sim swap. Take your ID with you. They wont do it with your drivers license. Took about 10 min.

can confirm that this is indeed all it took.

Vodacom, on the other hand, can't issue a new prepaid eSim at the moment from any store - the system has been "offline for 3 weeks". Nevermind do a sim-swop.

does anyone know if Telkom eSim now support watches? or when this will be?
