There has been a failure at the main exchange in Cape Town CBD since yesterday and not sure what level of failure but the a lot of ADSL accounts have been off line since the start of business yesterday with no ETR announced yet.
My theory is that they attempteed to move more users to the 10Mbps service and their hardware failed, has anybody else been experiencing this? As usual their helpdesk was completely useless in dealing with questiosn posed to them
