Telkom Fibre Capped or Uncapped?

Hi Guys!

Hoping for some advice/feedback here. I finally have access to fibre, but Telkom is the only ISP I can choose in my area, sadly.

Was thinking taking the R799 10mb Uncapped. Does anyone know when they start throttling? Is it s good or bad experience?

Or should I just get capped? Does Telkom capped data roll over?

Any advice will be much appreciated, thanks!

Thanks - I signed up for the 10mb Uncapped. Will see how things go. Now waiting for Telkom to come out and pull the fibre into my premises...

If it's Telkom offering it, you should be able to get most DSL providers to serve you as it's being rolled out by OpenServe (Telkom is/has separated it's ISP division versus the one that manages the last mile access).

E.g. you can go with:

Crystal Web, (pick Telkom)
Afrihost (pick Openserve)
Axxess
WebAfrica
Telkom, etc.
