Since Monday i have been trying to get connected to the internet when I got through finally i was told to get the tin number. I finally got that tried again to get through buy still no response just to get the password reset and username. I have tried to reset both it resets the password but still can't login can someone assist me how do i get the internet to work i am going to connect my pocket router rather with my cell C card better because I know it works and carry on

Mohamedb I don't have an answer but a question. What does the format of the TIN number look like? I ma also trying to get my Fibre going but it keeps asking for a TIN and I can't get one without talking to people at Helkom. I'm hoping that I have this number somewhere and just can't find it.
 
Telkom Internet Number (TIN) is normally 7 digit number found on the first page of your invoice as an item just below your telephone number or fiber number
 
Thanks Ntate. After much struggling, Nearly R200 in minutes and shouting into the ether, I finally have a working connection
