I recently moved to Green point in Cape Town, and ordered my line 8 weeks in advance, and, Great success! They installed it basically on the day I moved in.
It worked, for about 24 hours. Then since then, nothing. The voice line has been completely dead, the ADSL drops every minute or so. There is an immense amount of noise on the line if I just plug a phone in.
So naturally, I report a fault. This was 23 days ago now, My phone line still doesn't work, my ADSL still doesn't work and to add insult to injury today I get a bill for R1500 for 2 months + installation of my alleged ADSL service.
I have no Neotel coverage, I am screwed, I really hate these bastards I wish they would just give me some god damn customer service for once in their lives.
