Telkom incompetence

I have been customer of Telkom mobile for many years. I have been battling to get anybody to sort out the mess Telkom made on my account. They keep taking money off my bank. My contract finished so I requested it go to pay as u go, they billed me org. Carry over and admin fees of R1000,. They sent my account to collections, so had no service. Lady at Telkom shop Clearwater phoned the accounts Dept. In front of me, the lady in accounts slammed phone down on her, she was a really helpful assistant. I have called customer care, gone into Telkom, promises, promises, nobody bothers to call me. The assistant at Telkom told me to reverse all debit orders until it's sorted, which I have done, now they want to charge me reversal fees. Please can somebody in a senior position help me get this rectified, I've had enough. In January 2nd they taking off a further R1900 which I will reverse again. In fact customer care told me to do an affidavit at police station for fraud, my word what next. If they took the time to look at my payment history up till October they will see I never faulted until now, I won't pay until it's sorted. I had every intention of renewing my freeme contract in January, but due to Telkom incompetence I've no doubt got a bad name, through no fault of mine, I deserve a letter of apology and an explanation. The number in question is **********. Please help

Telkom customer service stinks.. Lamb bust them on social media.. You will see results..

Best is to speak to a manager at a telkom direct store
