Hello everyone , I have question , will telkom be able to install a new phone line and adsl line at the same day ?
Because our date of installation is due to today , and I really am hoping to use adsl as soon as possible .
We signed up for the simple uncapped @R514 per month , and it gives you free installation on voice line and adsl line (2mpbs) plus a free wi fi modem .. So I am really fed up because I have been waiting for 3 weeks for installation

The phone line and ADSL are the same thing, so yes, it'll be a same day installation.

yes they can, however it depends on availability of ADSL infrastructure in your area.
I took that deal and they installed both at the same time but I had to wait a while as i told them i wanted both at the same time, didn't want a phone line with out ADSL - so once ports were open they cam and installed the phone line.
