Wtf, called 10210, they reset my password and now it works. Thing is I never changed the password so why would it stop working all of a sudden? The old router also still has the same settings stored and also not working.

Tweaknews. Even during the day it rocks at full line speed.
Happened once to me as well. I found the SMS route to be far more efficient at getting my password reset.

My sunny account got line speed all day as well
4.95 Euro. So far it does what it says it would do. Will monitor it for the rest of the month and see how it goes.
SAIX was practically dead last night, once I switched over to tweaknews boom 200+kb

That's twice what I pay Sunny
but main point is it works.SAIX is unreliable, you wont regret ditching them. I got tired of the slow speed and missing articles

Line was installed yesterday, but everything is slow (browsing/streaming/gaming - random ping spikes).
There's another line on the same premises, also 2mb uncapped that performs A LOT better.
Edit: Other line is cancelled (end of the month); when there were problems with congestion TelkomZA got it moved to another IMAX/DSLAM, which also improved line stats, but had constant drops in connection afterwards (router problem I think).
Could I now be connected to a congested exchange again?

How much do you pay at sunny? I won't mind switching over to them if I get the same service at half the price.

We had this problem as well. They reset the password every day for a week without giving the new one - usually late evening when the call centre was not there or tricky to reach. I'd be interested to know why it happens.

Same problem here. Last month my TI tracker bar only got to where it is now (already) the 22nd of the month - that's with the same daily usage. They must have lowered the threshold again in exchange for the extra free hour per day.
