I dont want to cause an argument but i must say this is rather hypocritical coming from you. You keep telling us how you're entitled to report your feedback (which is usually negative). MickeyD is equally entitled to report his feedback in that case.
He reports it almost as a reaction - like it's a loyalty contest. I merely report good or bad and what is affected.

Rude? I have not started yet. There is sweet fanny F'all about it being sub-conscious. I subscribe to this thread and attempt to assist where I can. You, on the other hand, only come here to bitch and complain and have spurned all offers of assistance.

Nah MickeyD just reports his service as it is, you don't like it when other people tell you how you should or shouldn't report your feedback so at least try and stay consistent.

I have reported it many many times to Telkom and Charl. If you read the other threads he has disappeared.
Ranger seems to gloss over the important questions and we don't know how long the service will be like this. He also says there are no open faults at TI, which is at odds to what Charl said directly to me. Clearly we must be wary of unofficial channels, particularly when they are not aligned with what TelkomZa is saying.

Of course not, since he's unofficial. I have asked and reported several problems in detail on this forum.
If you read what I wrote, TelkomZa has forwarded everything on to TI.

Yes, and all the rest of us in CT. Clearly you have empathy issues. If Ranger is going to give advice and ask for details he should be given an official login and title. That's how forum reps work.

I'm normally very sympathetic and assist wherever I can. In your case I'll make an exception.

I think you'll find it's a standard on most forums that acting as a company rep requires more than just a promise that you are who you say you are. In fact I asked Ranger for his details which were refused, so let's start there. If Charl gives his name, cell and company then why is Ranger so reluctant. No wait ... perhaps he has "trust issues" like Mickey says.

Now can we stop the ganging by fanbois and get the problem hilighted and sorted because it not going away is it?

It was a genuine question, no need to act rude as you say. Personally if Ranger only requests your username then i don't see a problem. I would also imagine Ranger can pull far more strings than someone like Charl and so you will have a better chance of sorting out your problem. No skin off my back though, so suit yourself.

Sure, but in 6 weeks time when I hear nothing and the problem remains, what recourse do I have?
That's another thing about unofficial channels. Ranger is at odds with official press releases, so what does that say about communication at Telkom? It's seriously looking like a dysfunctional outfit.
 
OK, Cpt. Obvious, clearly your faith in Telkom is even lower than mine.

I have faith in Telkom but if they don't fix a problem of mine after six weeks then just move, seems pretty straight forward to me. If you prefer pulling your hair out then have fun.

Htf is he suppose to look at your problem, crystal ball?

All he needs is a TI ref or a username, that info is useless to anyone outside of Telkom.
