Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

You must be Telkom plant, how long did it take you to photoshop that image?
 
At least you can check. Dozens of mails. Phone calls and I still cant log into the tracker. PMs to Ranger who said he will resolve but obviously the system so useless he cant.

So it's the systems fault, and not the people who are supposed to manage the system?

to use 10.6GB you'd have to run a 4Mbs line for 6 hours

For the past few days I was most concerned about people who couldn't use the Internet.

I have ensured bugs were logged for some of the specific cases where there was a system problem, and those are being worked on, but will take a few more days to go live.
 
So for the pat hour I've had the yellow exclamation mark in my connection icon on the task bar. Tried everything flushdns and so on. After the hour I change to a different account I have internet access change back to Telkom no internet access no DNS yellow exclamation mark. Sometimes I get a DNS but still no internet access. Mweb and Webafrica work fine.
