It`s the internet light that is red , I`m at work at the moment so I cant give full details.
When I switch off the modem off and pull out all plugs out of the modem for 30 min , and switch it back on , the internet light goes green but
later it goes back to the red light .
Your router should have an area where it displays connectivity logs. Those would be helpful for people to assist you with troubleshooting. :)

I done a hard reset of the router, (reset all passwords) hopefully it helps

Lots of times my router displayed red but Internet worked perfect , I gave up relying on the display lights.
I rather see the router menu.

If it doesn't you should contact your service provider. They might have better tools to analyse your line. :)

It`s seems to help doing a hard reset of the router , this morning the internet light was still green , even my ip no changed .

What a pleasure to be able to talk to somebody who knows what's cutting!

NOW... please do not give up the fight to get your very own TI call centre, manned by your very own staff. You are losing customers due to the outsourcing of your support desk to a company who does not give a **** about you!!

Hi there anyone else having a problem accessing the telkom portal to check monthly usage (the one with the fancy graphs etc) im logging in then it just takes me back to login screen thanks in advance

You are not alone - just checked and I have the same problem.

It works now think cause i hit fup1 so im been shaped now....so how does this priority passes thing work

I see now 1 hour unthrottled once hiting fup. So priority pass is nothing to get too excited about :)

Hello all,

What is the opinion on telkom 10 mb uncapped including line rental for R799 deal.

What is your experience on telkom uncapped packages? My usage hardly hit over 100GB.
