constant timeouts on my 3 hop, if server in cape town or hosted by mweb im **** out of luck

CSGO is pretty much unplayable at these pings, and it's frustrating AF to try and troubleshoot and get f0kkol to zero help from my ISP

but anyhow, im just more grumpy today as it's the second bloody monday this week :D
 
Been holding since 8:15 this morning. Still no answer. This tune playing is going to be the death of me.
 
Finally got through and requested my line upgrade. Switching from 4Mbps to 10Mbps.

I have to pull 200GB to reach level 1 FUP on the current 4Mb line. What does it take to reach level 1 FUP on the 10Mb accounts?

I hit well above 200GB and no FUP yet. All day time data.
 
I go between 200GB-400GB with out been FUPed once. Obviously just schedule the large downloads between midnight and 7 and you should be good.

i got FUP1 hitting 180gb this month. Was ~220GB in past. (4Mb line)
 
I get two different messages...

Tritracker portal says AUP (power user) and Customer portal says FUP1...

1) Has the customer portal replaced the tritracker portal and
2) Is the new FUP the new name for old AUP (on tritracker)? In new policy doc FUP and AUP means different things. In new policy FUP is about use and AUP is about unlawful/unethical behavior?
 
Dig back to around January in this thread and you'll find where ranger covered the new FUP setup on the portal in detail.

IIRC correctly when you hit FUP1 you are throttled between 19:00 and 21:00 but get full speed outside of that period incl night surfer. When you hit FUP2 you are softcapped 24/7 at 384kbps I think.

Thx. I have the detail about % FUP caps. The question is about terminology AUP vs FUP... and if tritracker portal is still relevant (uses different terminology)...

ranger said that TI Tracker would vanish after some legacy apps found there (prioritization being one) were moved to the portal so you can safely assume that FUP has superseded AUP.
