@ranger. I got the 10mb uncapped deal from last month, they updated my line to 10mb, but my account is still 2mb.
Is it normal for it to take longer for the account to swap over to 10mb ?
I originally had a 4Mbps uncapped account. I cancelled the DSL, then requested transfer of telephone line, and downgraded the 4Mbps uncapped account to 10GB.
Once the line was transferred and working, I ordered the Do Premium Plus (10Mbps 100GB) bundle. Within 10 minutes I received a new username and password :-/.
(In theory, this shouldn't ne necessary, but when I told the agent I wanted to upgrade my existing TI account, they asked what telephone number it was on (at this stage there was only one telephone number, and TI accounts aren't linked to telephone number, they should have noticed the existing TIN number in OMS), I told them I only had one phone line, and after putting down the phone I got the SMS)
Once I have seen my bill, I will try and upgrade my original account to 100GB and cancel the new 100GB and hope the discount stays. If it doesn't, it should be less work to restore it than getting SIMs for my new account (and I will have to migrate mailbox contents too).
