No, it's all local and appears to be a peering issue between Vox and the target site's host.C:\Users\AntG>tracert www.ann7.com

Can't tell, is this international or not?
I was reading about peering issues today with Mweb as well. Can't they play nicely? ;-)No, it's all local and appears to be a peering issue between Vox and the target site's host.
Hop 6 is Telkom Internet and they hand over to Vox at Hop 7. Hop 8 is Vox Datapro and from there it dies.I was reading about peering issues today with Mweb as well. Can't they play nicely? ;-)

I said this before. Telkom has checked the exchange several times (it's the first thing they do, from there it goes to TI if it isn't closed before this). At last some cooperation. Finally provided us with an IP Address. Ok so now Telkom can check if there is anything untowards with your account, dslam etc

YouTube is still stopping on a large number of videos (this time at 0:44) without continuing.
It's not that simple. When you log your fault you must specify that you want it allocated to Telkom Internet and that it is not network related or it will never get to ranger and his teams.I said this before. I wish you could hear the conversations I have had with Charl and his team. I repeated that about 15 times, which is why he sent it on. What we need to establish is why TI has no open faults so long after he supposedly sent it.It's not that simple. Send the fault reference number to ranger, that's all he requires.I wish you could hear the conversations I have had with Charl and his team. I repeated that about 15 times, which is why he sent it on. What we need to establish is why TI has no open faults so long after he supposedly sent it.
We're also assuming it is a fault and not just an account setting for the shaper or whatever.

Explain that please. No, only the IP of the BRAS/BNG on our IPC, which may give us a search space of anything from 252 to 10000 accounts.
We've left a message for antiganda in a TXT record with his/her username prefixed to our domain name.
@Ranger - I see that my DDNS has two addresses, I've pm'd details.
