No, it's all local and appears to be a peering issue between Vox and the target site's host.

At last some cooperation. Finally provided us with an IP Address. Ok so now Telkom can check if there is anything untowards with your account, dslam etc

I said this before. Telkom has checked the exchange several times (it's the first thing they do, from there it goes to TI if it isn't closed before this).

YouTube is still stopping on a large number of videos (this time at 0:44) without continuing.

Why are you hiding the IP Address because it's not hidden? It's 105.224.88.1

It's not that simple. When you log your fault you must specify that you want it allocated to Telkom Internet and that it is not network related or it will never get to ranger and his teams.

I wish you could hear the conversations I have had with Charl and his team. I repeated that about 15 times, which is why he sent it on. What we need to establish is why TI has no open faults so long after he supposedly sent it.

We're also assuming it is a fault and not just an account setting for the shaper or whatever.

Send the fault reference number to ranger, that's all he requires.

@Ranger - I see that my DDNS has two addresses, I've pm'd details.

Since you PM'd me the details, I could check which was the correct one, and I have removed the other one.

I've asked the developers to provide a means for users to correct this themselves.

No, only the IP of the BRAS/BNG on our IPC, which may give us a search space of anything from 252 to 10000 accounts..

I know that, was being sarcastic & taking the piss.:D

Hence why I asked why he's trying to hide the IP (not very well) as it's not important and does not identify him.
