Checked that, they said nope. I've only used maybe 10gig so far this month, also local is full speed, not sure whats up

Will do if it happens again... tracerts all looked fine, pings were all fine, just couldn't open much in browsers

Im getting that speeds and im not a 4 Meg line?

I think i might be having some issues.

Check usage, only used 50Gigs so far for the month, and my usage bar is green and just before the "U" for "Normal User"

Im also considering dropping my 4 meg line down to a 2 meg, i was planning on downgrading today, but when is the best time of the month to downgrade.

That sounds like a dns issue, so check your dns settings. Also clear your dns cache:

command Prompt (Admin): ipconfig /flushdns

Hi, I just got my adsl line uncapped installed.
I have been trying to get hold of my adsl username and password from the call center since 11 AM but I keep getting passed to different departments and have spoken to over 20 people. Do you guys know of any other way to get the username and password ?
