Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Pretty sucky since yesterday. YouTube is non existent at the moment. This is what my 4mb looks like. Still in the "green" as well.

My sister in law, has telkom uncapped 4 Meg, her average usage is around 80 to 100 Gig a month, this evening she now cant access the internet at all. A webpage comes up and tells her that she has used too much internet and she must create a telkom wifi hotspot.

Scam???

I know telkom does have threshold, but this low on a 4 meg account

True. That is VERY low, even if she used it all in non-night surfer time. Seems very suspicious.

She must check here: https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/

If the bar is red, then it could be a valid pop-up.
 
League of Legends has been iffy since yesterday..... Both my 10Mbps lines gives the same poor performance. Speeds wise http download,p2p and usenet all max the line but international latency is up and down......

EDIT: Let me rephrase... Impossible to play ANY games on Telkom yesterday and today

Playing GW2, and yeah, it has not been pleasant, lag spikes from hell, DC'ing every once in awhile ... , really not why I pay Telkom hard earned cash ... , not for this level of service, any how - months are counting down ... , then I move ...
 
Gaming performance is poor........ damn it is just so bad that I actually hate Telkom ISP now. It was never this bad. Freaking fix this poor performing account plz. No where near other ISP's......
 
POS telkom Internet, Facebook videos aren't buffering, and you know how **** quality those are. WTF telkom...
 
I'm having issues with Twitch - buffering every few seconds on any quality. Everything else seems to be ok (haven't been able to try any online games).

Anyone else having similar issues?
 
I have taken to downloading content then watching it later, watching live streaming is an annoyance, and reduces my viewing pleasure
 
Telkom Uncapped 4meg: Cant stream Hulu or Netflix buffers every 20 seconds... OVERIT !


Just switched over to Afrihost and have no issues, streams like a champ. Care to explain telkom?

Well, for unkown reasons, I had a reasonably good gaming experience, to night. Just wish I could say the same for streaming ... , a well ...
 
Well hoping ranger comes and makes an appearance again, as trying to play Diablo3 is just a lesson in pain. Latency was bouncing between 400-600ms. Changed over to Afrihost account and Latency jumps between 210-260ms. Something seriously wrong on TI side of things. Hoping ranger can see what be happening cause this changing accounts all the time just to play some D3 is driving me nuts, this after having to wait 10 days for them to break my line and then fix it (well as close to fixed as Telkom can get it).
 
Yep , as of yesterday cant stream or browse image heavy pages , been like this all day , not just the typical 5-10pm slowdown
