Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Lol its ok. Switching ISP's anyway. Did not have a good TI experience lately. Having 10meg uncapped that only works from 00:00 to 07:00 is no go for me.

Yep, that's why I'm not with this particular isp. :D
 
Do you know if they are still attending, ping still very poop towards exchange, getting slighty annoyed last few days, gaming is no fun :(

Yes, there's currently an issue in kloof, technicians attending.
 
What is your primary usage and, if you DL "data", when do you schedule to do them (24/7 or night surfer)?

Almost all of the usage is streaming and browsing which is not in night surfer. I do very little downloading of "data" anymore.

Having a major problem with my exchange... Tried different ISP's even different routers... My 2nd hop on a tracert times out and my 3rd hop goes bananas and from there the ping is great... Any suggestions?

Telkom Internet WTF is going on with your service? It's pathetic, every few months we hear about this IPC shortage, that equipment swap etc and then for a short while things work as they should but not for long. For a company your size you come across as a mickey mouse outfit.

Surely Telkom with all the resources & skills at hand should be able to do better than this?

I'm sorry but I'm just getting fed up with your crap service and you can't blame us for being dissatisefied!
 
Resources they might have, but they retrenched all the skills. What skills they have are spread thin and wide. Except the wanna be's with fake qualifications.

They still have quite a few highly skilled staff on the cisco/ip/routing side that are second to none. But ja most of 'those that can' opted for voluntary severance, took the money & went elsewhere.

Uncapped. Can't access anything google related or Mybb. Telkom mobile is working just fine though.
