Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

I think it's time to escalate this issue, if there is no joy coming via normal support channels then you go to the top & make noise.
 
Its easy just go to sleep the moment u get home, say 18:00 - 01:00 thats a good 7 hours. Then wake up to lagfree internet and just stay up, you might need to catch a kiep during lunch tho... Perma nightsurfer, green usage meter. Problem solved /sarcasm :sick::sick:
 
Prioritisation question… if my actual upstream is 765 kbps do I select 1024 or 640… or leave it blank?

Doesn't that mean there's something wrong with your line like noise? Shouldn't it sync at 512 (1-4mb) or 1024 (10mb)?
 
Initial feedback was "distance - upload rate reduced to provide stable ADSL service". Have asked that they check the physical condition of your link.

So would it be worth getting a new router and switching to VDSL?
