Interesting reading.
On 12th October at 06:00:48 my connection dropped:
Oct 12 06:00:48 192.168.254.1 Interface change
Oct 12 06:00:48 192.168.254.1 interface=SAIX - Uncapped
Oct 12 06:00:48 192.168.254.1 status=DOWN
And came up a with a second:
Oct 12 06:00:48 192.168.254.1 state=ACTIVE
Oct 12 06:00:48 192.168.254.1 protocol=CONNECT
..
..
Oct 12 06:00:49 192.168.254.1 ac-name=wtvw-ip-bb-1
My ac-name changed from wbs-ip-esr-4 to wtvw-ip-bb-1, and since then I'm lucky to get any sub 100ms responses, and have seen over 1000ms. I've reported this issue several times and I've also received several "your report reference ... has been restored" SMSs. What a load of crock.
This is a good test result:

Any ideas as to why a concentrator change at 06:00.
Does anyone have a list of the ac-names, or decode the naming scheme?
They are busy laying fibre infrastructure in the street, but that's not going to help if I end up connecting to the same congested concentrator at the exchange.
Not impressed.
I forgot to mention that I'd no problems before this, other that constant disconnects a month earlier, but that was resolved within a week, after reporting it twice.
