No ways did I mean you ranger, you've always assisted where possibleIf by support you mean me, I think I provided the logs to the developer, and to me it looked like this was specific to users with the Mobile data (but I couldn't reproduce on my own account which is similar).
The remark was directed at the official support channel, I logged a query [Support #861210] on the 10th of Nov and only received the terse reply I quoted on the 20th - nothing since.
Checked this morning and I'm still getting the error. I'm pretty sure it's related to the 5+5GB mobile data that was linked to my uncapped account, works great but I've no way of assessing how much I've used.
