Problem is not on my side, but on Telkom. Send me some website links I can do testing on and see what results from that.Source does matter if I wanted to test it myself. By your response though I'm guessing it's illicit.

The source matters, especially because different ISPs take different routes to your destination. Also consider the backbones involved here - SAIX/Sat3 is managed differently to Seacom and whatever that new backbone CW has is on, and they'll have different performance characteristics and different priorities.
