So for the past few weeks my internet has been getting worse every day, it has come to the point where Guild Wars 2 is unplayable after 6PM, just answer me one question : Why do i pay an arm and a leg for a 10Mb/s Uncapped Telkom ADSL line where my friends with 386 line get a better experience than me

I phoned the call center i posted here twice already, what can or should i do ?

Should i change ISP, How is your experience regarding online gaming with other ISP's ?

Lol. I thought I would fire up a 5gb Telkom account I have laying dormant to test it on my side. Telkom has definitely screwed something up holy.

I have a 20Mbit VDSL line, local flies:

Yet I am getting 30kB/sec on international http downloads and my BBC iPlayer diag result is really hilarious

And this is on a capped account! I am very glad I never bought their uncapped, switching back to my trusty Openweb account now
