I think thats what he meant yes as that is what I am being throttled to. In fact I am averaging about 40kB/s.
Must be, some people still don't understand the difference between a 'b' & a 'B'
I'm throttled at the moment and speed is about 45kB/s.

Yes, they do.
Comcast being one example where they had a 250GB cap which was later upped to 300GB and after that you have the option to pay for 50GB bundles or something like that.

Combined: 220 585 095 322 gigs... and officially being throttled .... oh well! Guess ill be waiting a couple days for back to normal-ness....

Actually maybe not... I stand corrected.....
I think then my NZB's are abit faulty, my speeds aren't constant, whereas my Torrents are??? Anybody else getting that?

erm, I think you mean 220,585,095,322 Bytes at least that's the way it's shown on the SAIX usage site in which case it's unlikely you're throttled given your download speed of 1486 kbps.
In any event all throttled accounts will be restored to normal at midnight on the 31st (tomorrow)
Yes, sorry. It runs between 30 to 50kB/s. So between a third to just under half the normal speed.

Trust me, they do.
10mb line where I had 10mb speeds over the weekend with a Afrihost account.

On the 4mb Uncapped PREMIUM-line...What would you guys say is the AVERAGE download in GB a person can look at before throttling kicks in? Thing is, i want to use it for my business ( one-man business). The "business"-package is a bit STEEP...

Lol, you can do that on a 1Mb/s uncapped easily and you still won't be throttled.

Anyway, on about 225 Gigs now, and still not being throttled..... and my bar is still orange, and im still getting max line speed....
Not too bothered with torrents anymore, so don't really worry much about that speeds....

The only thing i'm worried about...the faster the line...the quicker you get throttled?
I was used to a capped 10mbps line...what a DREAM!
Now to go to a 4mb line...feels like a bit of "degrading" to me. Sometimes (when i still had the 30 gig capped + 10mb line) i use to download a 1Gig movie between 15 and 18 min...
