Exact same issue, only difference is i can stream with no buffering at all.My connection is haywire to say the least. Since Thursday, browsing has been up and down. Today it's more down than up. International Speedtest:
Download Speed: 329 kbps (41.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 134 kbps (16.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

Since Thursday, NNTP runs at 1,1MB/s - and that's not even using SSL. http downloads have fluctuated between 200 & 800 KB/s. Now, http = what you see above. But NNTP & Youtube clocking at 1,1MB/s. Other streaming sites are dead. My usage shows me at 1/4 of the green bar. Stats @ SAIX show that I moved about 152 GB of data between Friday and Sunday. wtf!
This is insane! I have a 4mb account. (it synchs at 10mb though)

Going to sign up with another ISP to test out, I'm tired of this crap.
I can't understand what they would be messing with now. Things were fine for a good few weeks. Hopefully ranger can shed some light.
Anyone else having issues tonight in the Cape Town area? Had no issues past 2 months now suddenly last 2 days, I cant even load speed test. 4mb Uncapped TI on 6mb line. Usage trackers says I have done 52gb this month. :erm:
