Changed your password recently?

I've noticed that SAIX user stats fails to login on one my accounts since performing a password change although TI Tracker is happy with the new password.

A new password now requires a combination of lower and uppercase, number(s) and special character(s). I suspect that my choice of @ as a special character is causing the problem but haven't had the time to investigate further.
 
Hi Mick, I changed my password about 3 weeks ago with an @ included in my password. So that might be the case.

This is weird. My Telkom TI Tracker doesn't even show any green yet. No bar. Nothing.

Might need to start downloading. :)

This is what im saying, i've about 17 odd gigs now, and my bar has not moved an inch, isn't even a slight bit of color on the bar.... Well Done TI!!!

Sigh, R300 bucks a month, unfortunately, has better uses then speeeeedy downloads.

Hmm, weird, this shouldn't be the case. We don't really test changes like thos against userstats (like we do for actual authentication and tracker etc.), so we may need to get the SAIX people to investigate. If they can't fix it, we'll have to make a security vs. convenience call.

OK tried replacing @ with $ - TI happy but still not accepted by SAIX.

Gave it some thought and came back to the TI rule that the password must be at least 8 characters in length so I selected a new password that satisfied all the rules in the first 8 characters and now SAIX (and TI) is happy :)

Previously my first special character was the 12th in a 18 character password (new password is 12 characters).

I've now jumped to 23Gigs, and still, no sight or trace of color on my Ti Tracker Bar.... [Thinking smiley goes here] (FYI, using Google chrome, and the smileys aren't working?)
 
Are you really expecting your bar to move on such small numbers?
Surely having an uncapped account means that anything below 30gb is totally inconsequential.
 
And Telkom has NEVER been very good at having accurate up to data tracker readouts anyways. Frustrated the hell of me when I was still on the capped products cuz I often had to leave ~2GB leeway till the final day of the month cuz if I left less, like 1.2GB then it might turn out to actually only be 200MB and I'd end up capped sooner than planned. But then in other months it actually was the full 2GB that was still unused and I didn't have enough speed to use all that up anymore and thus didn't manage to get capped and didn't manage to access the local only bandwidth so I couldn't download trailers and game updates from do.gaming using local only bandwidth since it only activated AFTER you were capped.

Im not expecting the bar to move, but previous months, sitting where i am sitting now, it would be about a couple CM's of green on Ti Tracker, so yes.... i would've expected to have seen something at least...
